Our service is individually tailored to your own specific requirements so the fees shown below are examples of what you could expect. We will be happy to discuss alternatives.
These figures are presented for guidance only and should not be regarded as a quotation.
When we have discussed with you your exact requirements, we will be able to provide you with a precise costing for the service you want.

This initial set up fee includes:
- setting up your accounts on our system in a dedicated file.
- inputting your opening balances for the current financial year.
- customising your chart of accounts to meet your requirements.

| Monthly reconciliation of bank statements | £10 per bank account (subject to number of transactions) |
| Creation of monthly reports | £5 per report |
We will invoice you for our fees at the end of each month.
There is no minimum contract period but we would ask you for one calendar month’s notice if you wish to stop using our services.
